Tilicho lake trek (14 days)

Tilicho Lake situated at the highest altitude in the world at 4919 meters, scenic Manang valley attached with Annapurna and Thorong Peak. Tilicho is not a prohibited area but virtue of its remoteness and altitude, few tourists takes off the popular Annapurna circuit to hike up to the lake Annapurna Region. The most popular trail Annapurna circuit attaches the area. The rugged and picturesque trails show you crystal-clear lake Tilicho, dotted wild flowers, close and superb giant Himalayan panorama.

Detail Itinerary of Tilicho Lake Trek

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu International Airport. Transfer to the hotel and stay overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02: City sightseeing in and around Kathmandu valley (Kathmandu, Bhaktapur & Patan).Stay overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Besi Sahar (823m.) takes almost six hours.

Day 04: Trek from Beshishahar to Bahundanda (1305m.) takes about six hours.

Day 05: Trek from Bahundanda to Chamje (1410m.) takes about six hours.

Day 06: Trek from Chamje (1410m.) to Dharapani (1960m.) takes about six hours.

Day 07: Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2675m.) takes about five and half hours.

Day 08: Trek from Chame to Pisang (3100m.) takes about five hours.

Day 09: Trek from Pisang to Manang (3440m.) takes about five and half hours.
 
Day 10: Rest day at Manang and hang in and around town.

Day 11: Trek from Manang to Khangsar takes approximately five hours.

Day 12: Trek from Khangsar to Tilicho Lake takes about six hours.

Day 13: Trek from Tilicho Lake to Mesokanto Pass (5315m.) takes about seven hours.

Day 14: Trek from Mesokanto Pass to Jomsom (2741 m.) via Thimi (2760 m.) takes about six hours.

Day 15: Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara takes about 25 minutes.

Day 16: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist mini bus that takes about seven hours.

Day 17: Recreation & shopping day in Kathmandu. Stay overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 18: Transfer to the Airport for final departure (Fly out from Kathmandu).
